Chef Monica (aka Mo Scotti) grew up just outside of Detroit, Michigan. From early on she had an interest in cooking and began cooking for her family and friends (in exchange for homework help). After earning her post graduate degree from the Culinary Institute of America she moved to Chicago and worked as a pastry chef for Lettuce Entertain You - The Pump Room. Thereafter, she moved to Miami and became the executive Chef for Cafe Tu Tu Tango. She later started Monica’s Kitchen, a private catering company. Chef Monica feeds lots of friends and her husband and three children, Ryan, Marlee and Mia. Lately, they have been the taste testers for the latest and greatest to come from Monica’s Kitchen, Mo Scotti.
